New modular block clamps for flexible and secure fastening
Compact, stackable and with high mechanical load capacity

With the new block clamps LKRS 3x10-32 and LKRS 4x10-32, LUKA is expanding its cable clamp range with two modular designs for three or four cables laid in parallel. As the clamps can be bayed and stacked, the cable routing can be flexibly adapted to different installation situations – with a tested breaking strength of 10 kN.
Compact cable routing for three or four parallel cables
The new block clamps LKRS 3x10-32 and LKRS 4x10-32 enable the secure and space-saving fastening of three or four cables laid in parallel, with outer cable diameters of 10 to 32 mm.
Holding several cables in one clamp results in compact and organised cable routing. At the same time, fewer fastening elements are needed than with single cable clamps. This simplifies installation and makes efficient use of the available installation space.
Flexible cable routing thanks to a modular connection system
A special feature of the new LKRS designs is their modular structure. The integrated dovetail connection allows several cable clamps to be bayed. In addition, the clamps can be stacked on top of each other.
This means the fastening system can be expanded both horizontally and vertically and flexibly adapted to different cable arrangements and installation situations. The combination of compact design and modular expandability offers a versatile solution for demanding cable installations.
High mechanical load capacity – tested breaking strength of 10 kN
In the event of a short circuit, considerable dynamic forces can act on cables and their fastening systems. A high mechanical load capacity of the cable clamps is therefore crucial for holding the cables securely in place.
The block clamps LKRS 3x10-32 and LKRS 4x10-32 have a tested breaking strength of 10 kN. In addition, the cable clamps have been subjected to a dynamic short-circuit test.
The required clamp spacing depends, among other things, on the impact short-circuit current, the conductor arrangement, the distances between the cables and the mechanical load capacity of the cable clamps used.
LUKA supports customers with the technical design and the calculation of suitable clamp spacing. Further information on the calculation can be found in our article “Mechanical short-circuit resistance” of 16 December 2025.
Glass fibre-reinforced polyamide for demanding conditions
The block clamps are made of high-quality polyamide with 30 % glass fibre content. The material offers high mechanical stability and excellent resistance to various environmental influences.
The clamp bodies are non-metallic, non-magnetic and corrosion-free. They are also resistant to UV radiation and weathering as well as to ozone, salt, moisture, greases, mineral oils, fuels, alkalis and alcohols.
With an operating temperature range of −60 °C to +120 °C and permissible short-term heating up to +220 °C, the cable clamps are suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications.
Versatile applications in energy supply, industry and infrastructure
The block clamps LKRS 3x10-32 and LKRS 4x10-32 are suitable for a wide range of applications in which several energy or power cables are routed in parallel and need to be fastened reliably.
Thanks to their compact design, high mechanical load capacity and modular, expandable connection system, they offer advantages especially where installation space is limited and in complex cable installations.

Frequently asked questions
How many cables does a block clamp hold?
The LKRS 3x10-32 holds three cables, the LKRS 4x10-32 four. If more cables are routed, several clamps can be bayed or stacked.
Which cable diameters are the clamps designed for?
For outer diameters of 10 to 32 mm. For larger diameters up to 45 mm, LUKA offers further designs in the LKRS series.
What does breaking strength mean for a cable clamp?
It indicates the force the clamp body can withstand before it breaks open across the cable axis. These are exactly the forces that act in a short circuit. The LKRS 3x10-32 and LKRS 4x10-32 have been tested with 10 kN.
Can the clamps be extended later?
Yes. The dovetail connection allows extension from the side; for further layers, the clamps are screwed on top of each other.
What are the clamps made of?
Polyamide with 30 % glass fibre content. The material is non-metallic, non-magnetic and corrosion-free.
