Cupal sheet is a composite material that combines copper and aluminum to take advantage of both metals: the superior electrical and thermal conductivity of copper with the lightness and corrosion resistance of aluminum. This makes it a cost­efficient, long­lasting and easy to process option for various application­areas.Cupal­sheets are produced using the rolling­process, in which the metals are joined together under high pressure and temperature. This ensures a permanent and stable bond.

Cupal sheets serve as a connecting element and enable the transition from aluminum to copper conductors or vice versa. They are used between the connection of bus­bars and current or expansion­strips.
