FlexGround HV is a highly flexible grounding connector for use in substations and switchgear in high-voltage applications. Specifically developed for 110 kV applications, the system enables safe, reliable, and easy-to-install grounding, even under demanding installation conditions.
By using ultra-fine 0.1 mm copper strands, FlexGround HV achieves exceptionally high flexibility combined with excellent electrical conductivity. Combined with crimped double-hole cable lugs, this creates a durable and mechanically robust connection that meets the requirements of modern high-voltage systems. Compared to conventional, rigid grounding solutions, FlexGround HV offers significant advantages in installation, retrofitting, and maintenance. Especially in confined spaces, complex geometries, or with moving system components, the grounding connector allows for easy and secure adaptation to the specific installation situation. FlexGround HV is ideally suited as a grounding conductor or grounding connector in substations, switchgear, and other high-voltage applications where flexibility, reliability, and durability are paramount. Advantages: Highly flexible design thanks to 0.1 mm round copper strands; Excellent electrical conductivity; Crimped double-hole cable lugs for secure contact; Ideal for 110 kV substations and high-voltage systems; Easy installation even in confined spaces.
