Local involvement with real added value
New support for the VfL Engelskirchen U12s
VfL Engelskirchen is a long-established sports club in the Oberberg region, renowned for its dedicated youth work. When the club approached us about supporting young talent, we didn’t need to think twice: LUKA is now supporting the young talents in the U12 team (E-Jugend). The team, made up of motivated players born in 2014 and 2015, is already showing real commitment on the pitch. In doing so, we are not only providing targeted support for regional sport, but also strengthening the team spirit among these young footballers. Because just as on a building site or in switch cabinet construction, the same applies on the sports pitch: team spirit and the right support make all the difference.

A strong team – a strong performance
Together with their coach, Volker Hirche, the team posed for their first official photo shoot: the young players of VfL Engelskirchen are now well prepared for the challenges ahead and the season – not only in sporting terms, but also with a strong partner by their side.
Our aim was to make a lasting impact through our contribution and to foster a sense of belonging, motivation and team spirit amongst the young players within the local community.

For us at LUKA, one thing is clear: sustainable development is a team effort – whether in switchgear manufacturing or on the football pitch. That is why we specifically support people and organisations who want to make a real difference through passion and team spirit. And we are already looking forward to taking the next steps together with the young talents at VfL Engelskirchen.
